Canary Wood comes from South American and is a medium density wood. This Beautiful piece of wood was paired with an anodized black aluminum playing surface and a slate sounding board. Together they make a higher range pitch that will carry on those windy days. Also The Aluminum plays incredibly smooth with any hardwood striker. All of the sound boards and striking surfaces go through an inspection and selection process to ensure each call performs and sounds as it should. Striker not included.
